Overview
Running for over a decade, Urban Talent Academy is our annual city wide performing arts competition and training programme that works to develop young singers, rappers, dancers and musicians.
What’s involved?
- Workshop & Auditions Day – where all performers can audition, plus, take part in workshops from industry professionals.
- Boot Camp Day – is all about developing finalists and perfecting the group performance.
- Live Finals – This is in an incredible showcase of young talent in one of Manchester’s biggest performance venues, involving finalist performances, group performances, prize giveaways and special guest performances
When is it?
Usually taking place over February and March each year.
Who’s it for?
11-16’s.
Cost?
The project is absolutely free for all participants.
